1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from thechrishein.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase any products.

2. Products and services

Chris Hein offers digital education products and coaching services including the Personal Brand Accelerator (PBA) and PersonX coaching program. All products are delivered digitally through the members portal at thechrishein.com.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your payment method.

4. Refund policy

All purchases of digital products (including the Personal Brand Accelerator) are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase you explicitly acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, in accordance with Article 16(m), as the digital content begins to be delivered immediately upon purchase.

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, contact chrishein888@gmail.com and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

5. Access and account

Upon purchase you will receive access to the members portal using the email address provided at checkout. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behaviour toward other members or staff.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Chris Hein. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Results from the programs vary by individual. Any income or business outcomes mentioned are illustrative examples and not guarantees. Chris Hein makes no warranty that use of the programs will result in specific financial outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris Hein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
